The company meetings in recent months have evolved so that we hear from staff across all divisions of company, updates on changes, issues and general news as well as welcoming new starters.
In a one-off celebration, our Managing Director, Neil Crofts was presented with a lifetime achievement award having founded Brindle & Green in 2012. Under his leadership, Brindle & Green is now a multi-million-pound business employing nearly 60 people but most importantly has retained a strong sense of identity and culture.
To commemorate Neil’s extraordinary contributions, he was presented with a certificate, a bottle of whisky and an oak tree. The oak tree chosen as it symbolises strength, resilience, and growth—qualities that the staff felt Neil has embodied throughout his tenure. This tree will be planted outside our new offices in the coming months.

Brindle and Green is pleased to have supported Alex Paton and Son, part of the Cairnhill Group, a local family business, through the Landscape Planning process with the production of a Landscape Visual Impact Assessment with associated visualisations.
Set within a landscape steeped in history, the site offers a fascinating glimpse into the area’s past, forming part of what was once a thriving medieval village. The following, written by Tom Hough, Head of Archaeology & Heritage, explores the rich heritage of Wolverton and the historic significance of our new location.
We’re pleased to welcome Stef to Brindle & Green as our new Principal Arboricultural Consultant, further strengthening our growing Arboricultural team.
