Located in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire, this proposed housing development is located in an archaeologically rich area with a particular abundance of Roman archaeology, including Scheduled Monuments designated for a Roman fort and the remains of a villa. The desk-based assessment identified over 400 Trial trenching has identified Roman remains across the site, including a cobbled surface, a ditch, and possible burials. Investigations are ongoing.
