Accounts Assistant

Brindle & Green Limited are seeking applications to fulfil the role of an Accounts Assistant at its Head Office in Radbourne, Derby.

Brindle & Green have expanded its professional services in recent years which has bought forward a wider client base and a greater demand on the existing accounts and administration team.

The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of how to use Xero to a good level, although this is not essential and training will be provided for the right person.

Beyond inputting information into Xero, we require someone to complete a range of internal accounting processes which are suitable for someone at an administrative level. Daily tasks would include raising invoices, chasing clients for payment, taking payments and filing.

The role requires a presence within the office on daily basis but hours are flexible.

This may suit someone who would like a job to fit around school hours, although we are more than happy to consider a different shift pattern for the right candidate.

This is an office based position working for a medium sized, friendly practice in a rural location.

You will be exceptionally organised, diligent, punctual and professional and at times you may be asked to work on matters that require a high level of confidentiality.

Hours range from a minimum of 20 to 40 hours per week.

Pro rata £24,000 per annum.
